Individually Quick Frozen Fresh Fruits and Vegetables, with continious freezer
After washing and carefully inspecting, the fresh sour cherries are calibrated by millimeter. The sour cherries with diameter more than 16 mm are then being pitted and transported to the IQF continuous freezer which uses state of the art technology to quickly freeze each piece of fruit individually. Similar process is used for all the other fruits and vegetables. The quick freezing on -40°C keeps all the valuable and important matters of the fresh fruits and vegetables, and produces a finished product with temperature of -20°C.
The IQF fruits and vegetables can be packed by the request of the customers. The standard packaging is 10 kg boxes, or 10 kg paper bags, but other packaging is posible by arrangement with the customer.
